申请人在办理某国的无犯罪记录时，先要确认文件接受国的要求，比如办理目的为移民，留学，定居等。下面谈一下南非的无犯罪记录申请及公证认证流程。
南非无犯罪记录的申请材料：
- 护照首页和签证页；
- 清晰指纹卡原件（根据新政，电子版已无法办理）；
- 2张2寸彩照；
- 申请表；
- 委托书；
办理时长：正常20个工作日；特急9个工作日。
国外的申请人可以就近在警局申请，国内申请人请参考页尾国内指纹机构明细。

Please note that we cannot use scans of fingerprints as before due to police centre policy changed and we need the origional fingerprints.

- Obtain Fingerprints ( Read at bottom where to obtain fingerprints in China)
- Courier the prints to us;
- Application form completed and Power ofAttorney.
- Certified copy of valid passport photo page and visapage(if local ID not available)；
- Application form
