Apostille Seal of the High court
The main purpose of these documents is that these documents can be used legally in a foreign country. In Hong Kong, the High Court affixes the official Apostille seal of the High Court.

香港海牙认证APOSTILLE
步骤：
- 1、首先香港公司需要办理公证，出具公证书，连同附件捆绑，并在公证书上签字盖章；
- 2、然后送往香港高等法院办理认证。
中国委托公证，中国司法部在香港众多律师中，经过申请考试，严格挑选出的几百名律师，任命为中国委托公证人，办理香港送往中国内地使用的文书公证手续，即“内地认可的公证人”。
中国委托公证人制度
委托公证人制度，即香港文件回内地处理事务须由司法部任命的委托公证人出具，并经中国法律服务（香港）有限公司加章转递，才能发往内地使用。实行这一制度，是基于香港和内地之间法律制度不同，办理公证证明所依据的法律、办证程式和效力不同而设置的一项特殊法律制度，核心是为了确保香港发往内地使用的公证文书的真实性、合法性。
『最高人民法院』与『司法部』 《关于涉港公证文书效力问题的通知》：未经审核加章转递程式的证明文书，不具有公证文书的证明效力和执行效力。
